There are no indications of early prostate cancer. You can’t feel the growth of tumour pushing against other body parts, so there’s no pain. You can have the infection for quite a long time and not know it. That is the reason ordinary prostate cancer screenings are so significant.

Symptoms of Prostate Cancer

When a tumour makes your prostate gland enlarge, or when cancer spreads beyond your prostate, you might have following symptoms:

• The need to urinate frequently
• Trouble beginning or halting urine
• A weak stream or one that begins and stops
• Pain or burning sensation while urinating
• Blood in your urine or semen
• Pain or firmness in your lower back, hips, pelvis, or thighs
• Trouble getting an erection

Indications of Advanced Prostate Cancer

Indications of advanced prostate cancer include:

• Dull, profound agony or firmness in your pelvis, lower back, ribs, or upper thighs; torment in the bones of those area
• Loss of weight and appetite
• Fatigue, vomits, or nausea.
• Swelling of lower limbs
• Weakness or loss of motion in your lower limbs

Other Prostate Conditions

These symptoms don’t generally mean you have prostate cancer. Some different conditions might have comparative signs.
